We mediate all types of conflicts, including divorce and parenting issues, elder care and guardianship matters, workplace issues, special education conflicts, and basically any dispute where parties will benefit from talking to each other with the help of trained, professional mediators. Facilitative mediation puts the parties in control. We are approved to handle court-ordered civil and domestic mediations in several mid-Michigan counties.
Facilitation is also available for groups that are struggling to find a format to resolve issues in a safe, structured environment. The facilitation is designed according to the needs of the target group.
One of the principals in our firm is approved by the State Court Administrative Office as a domestic violence screening protocol trainer.
